Constructive criticism of Jyani by close friends

(Maybe some of these are paraphrased.)

Deva 2016: Jyani kam km krta hai, explain jyada krta h. (He does less, and talks (about what he is doing) more.)

2020: MGupta: Goliyan bhot deta hai ye. (He often persuades you with his fake confidence.)

June '22: Gameti (or one of the BEd birds): If we take his phone away, he is left with no arguments. He gets everything he is talking about from the smartphone.

Feb 23: AV: Don't let emotions influence your intellectual discourse. Back yourself up with data, since you are thinking of going into that kind of field. 

Nov '23: Esh (on observation of me speaking loud while in a conversation): You get excited about some topic and your 'teacher instinct' takes over making you explain it out loud.

Rakesh Sarkar: 2021: One shouldn't just talk about love, but rather should experience falling in love. 'Do' love.

"Hadd hai, bhai" -- One on disgust sensitivity

As the talk by the famous scientist ended, we came out of the Tata Auditorium and went on to grab some refreshments -- a brownie, a samosa, chai, ketchup, etc. At one point, a friend of mine was stunned/ surprised to see me do something that she might have seen as too weird or disgusting. "Vinod, what was that!?". Another friend standing next to us, who missed the scene, exclaimed, "I would have puked had I seen him do that." And that's when I realized (or I was reminded) what's so normal and okay for me to eat isn't the same for most people around me.  What did I do? I, not so mindfully, dipped a corner of brownie in the ketchup and went on to eat it as if there was nothing off/ wrong/weird about it. The Vinodian problem of 'forgetting'

(Pasting from twitter)  This is not happening for the first time.  I was on a phone call talking to my friend, and it was time to get off the bus. I took the backpack but forgot the two small handbags. I realised it in 2-3 mins and the anxiety kicked in. I ran across the premises to find the bus back but  in vain. I didn't know the bus number or the name of the conductor/driver. To make it worse, some new bus written "Hisar-Rohtak-Hisar" was leaving or entering every minute. Someone suggested getting help from Ticket Booking Branch on the 1st floor (fortunately I still had the ticket). The Branch guy searched and concluded it was the conductor Sandeep from Hisar Depot itself (thankfully). Gave me his contact number. It was "out of network coverage". Someone suggested visiting the workshop (Karmshala - a place where the buses are parked after the round or during the night). I did. Visited Yard Room. Yard Manager told me that the bus might have left for Sirsa. Som...

Observations (body, mind and behaviour)

 (Will keep on adding) ~ 04/04/2023, Park, TDI Lake Grove: Headache after pushups After 1-2 rounds of jogging around the park, and 5 mins of rest on the bench, I did 40 pushups for the first time (my routine was at 30 pushups). My frontal cortex started to pain a lot, the kind of pain that happened during my fevers (headaches rather) or sometimes after 2nd intensive masturbation but more intense.  I took it as "healthy only" given Andrew Huberman talked about using oneself on the edge of physical activity to raise heartbeat etc for a few seconds or a couple of mins.  ___________________________________________  I wanna go jump in a river.
